What's in a Name?

Originating with the ancient Greek writings of Aristotle and continuing through the modern philosophical reflections of Hannah Arendt, praxis refers to the process through which we translate theory into action. Put another way, praxis involves enacting ideas that can transform our lives, as well as the lives of others.

In all our service offerings, Praxis Psychology aims to help clients through this process-- harnessing the insights of psychological science to improve mental health and well-being.
